If you entered the wrong address during checkout, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will adjust the address accordingly.
We can no longer make changes once the order has already shipped and left our warehouse. However, it is possible to adjust your delivery preferences with the courier by contacting them directly.
If your order cannot be delivered for any reason, the courier will return it to us and you will automatically receive your money back once the package reaches our warehouse. You can keep an eye on your tracking information for any updates.
If your order has not shipped yet, please wait until you receive an email with the tracking number so you can give the courier the tracking number.
If your order has shipped, please contact the courier as soon as possible, as they may be able to help you.
If you entered the wrong address during checkout and the order goes missing or is delivered to that location, we cannot be held liable to refund or replace the order at your preferred location.
