Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of delivery. Once the 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions:

Your product must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exceptions:

Some products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, such as underwear, lingerie, pantyhose and certain health products.

Rejection:

For products that do not follow the return policy, we cannot offer you a refund/refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returned products if we suspect the products have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Return Process:

If you wish to return a product, please e-mail info@herselara.com with:

  • your order number;

  • the reason for return;

  • possibly a photo of the product in case of damage;

  • your contact information.

Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled before delivery. All orders are processed immediately to ensure timely delivery.

We have one return address in Asia, so returning to another address is not possible and is not sufficient for a refund of your order. Returns without prior notice will be considered invalid.

Please note that returning products is at your own risk. The company is not liable for lost or detained packages at customs during the return process.

Track & Trace:

Your return must have a track & trace code shared with us. This way, we can accurately determine when your return reaches our warehouse, after which we will immediately proceed with a refund. Without a track & trace code, we cannot track your shipment and your right to a refund is forfeited because we cannot confirm if your order actually reached us.

Refund:

Once your return is received and verified, we will send you an e-mail to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the refund is approved, it will be processed and the amount (excluding shipping costs) will be automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 7 days.

If you have not received a refund after 7 days, please check your bank account again first. If you still have not received a refund, please contact us at info@herselara.com.

Return costs:

All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend that your return shipment has a Track & Trace, as we cannot take responsibility for lost returns. The product must be returned to Asia. Return shipping costs start from £20 and are the customer's responsibility.

Defective goods:

It is our goal that every product arrives in good condition. If you have received a defective product, we will always send a new product free of charge. Please inform us as soon as possible using the contact form or sending an email to info@herselara.com.

Cancellation:

Package lost / package returned?

If a package was lost or could not be delivered due to a logistical problem, we will send a new package immediately. Please contact our customer service team at info@herselara.com.

My articles are defective:

How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged in transit or that the wrong product is delivered. We always send you a new package free of charge the first time, but unfortunately cannot give a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.
