All our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on all orders in the United Kingdom.
Order cancellation or adjustments are not possible after the order has been placed. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. After the order is shipped, you will receive your tracking link via e-mail and can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note that delivery times are estimated.

Package lost / package returned?
If a package was lost or could not be delivered due to a logistical problem, we will send a new package immediately. Please contact our customer service at info@herselara.com.
My articles are defective
How annoying! Unfortunately, it can happen that your product gets damaged in transit or that the wrong product is delivered. We always send you a new package free of charge the first time, but unfortunately cannot give a refund. Does it arrive defective the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price.
Shipping liability
www.herselara.com accepts no liability for damaged, lost or misplaced packages once picked up by the carrier.
www.herselara.com is a B2C (Business to Customer) company, therefore we only deliver to residential addresses. If an order is placed for delivery to a business or corporate address, or a change of address is arranged with the carrier, we are not liable for that order if it is lost or misplaced.
Please note that we use the shipping address provided when the order was placed. We cannot be held liable if any of this information is incorrect.
